i install 1.3. , 1.4.1 and same issues but in the past I never had this issue 
i dont have any way to install the app store or is not loading from the installation.
The loading delay has been tuned in 1.4.2. And it will be released in two weeks.

once i had the same problem, but a restart solved it
I make an add to my comment… I’ve encountered another problem: I’m now getting messages that the disk is full (the internal one). Since I’ve migrated the apps to other drives, I found this post here on the forum. I’m posting it here because it might be related to the issue with apps not loading.
