ZimaOS plus unable to redeem auth code

Hi Team,
I had to re-install ZimaOS on my TerraMaster (moved from booting from USB to SSD).
Now trying to activate the plus version but error on page says that code was already used on another device.
It is the same device and only the boot order changed now.
Please advise,

Thanks, issue resolved, I’ve received new code and managed to activate Plus version.

I am having the exact same issue, I moved from USB to ssd. Sent email to that email address with ID & activation code. I have not gotten a response. My order was 202602071414596675.

Issue resolved. New Code Sent. The license is tied to the system drive, not the machine, and is one time use. Lesson: do not use usb thumbdrives, linux overheats them.
