At the moment I only run the apps from the appstore. Will the data be there after reset?
I have already written a post about this, but many people said that this was normal behavior.
I also installed version 1.5.0 directly and now I can no longer use any other hard drives.
A solution for this would be really great.
I have a second small computer for testing, which, miraculously, now also displays the Plus license.
I reset it as you described, and it still displays the Plus license.

I recently purchased a ZimaOS+ license. I am now using a new device, but when I enter my ZimaOS+ code, I receive the message: “This code has been used on another device!” and the activation fails. I no longer use the original device and would like to transfer or reset the license so that I can activate ZimaOS+ on my new machine.
My order number is : 202512242046048670
Could anyone please unbind the license from the old device and enable activation on my new device?

Please assist. My device was upgraded from version 1.4.1 to the current release, but my license has still not activated. It has been 15 days, and even after setting DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, the activation has not completed. Could you please look into this issue and advise on the next steps?

I had ZimaOS+ installed on a Beelink Me Mini cube this past summer and the device had some hardware problems and it was sent back under warranty but they did not have a replacement device ready for me so they refunded it. So I went from July to now without my free licensed copy of ZimaOS plus running on anything. How do I go about getting my new Orico device updated to ZimaOS+ for the latest version at no charge since I was supposedly under the early adopter program?
