Hi -I’ve been getting a warning that the Zima OS HD on Zimaboard 2 is running out of space and i need to migrate app data. I’ve done that. From the looks of it, there’s nothing for me to migrate, and all of my app data is installing onto the SSD. But this issue it is preventing me to install new apps, even though app data is on an SSD. and the big warning notifications are getting really old.
The file explorer shows me nothing on the Zima OS HD, but there’s clearly space being used (obviously the OS, i assume), but is there something else hidden that i’m missing that needs to be migrated?
Please help me understand or figure out what is going on here I’m not a terminal or linux native, so please be kind. Thank you for your patience and help!
IIRC VMs are not migratable from the UI, at least I had to do it manually. I think they’re under /DATA, what do you have there that isn’t symlinks?
I think I am very similar in skill to you brother. Just recently started to use ZimaOS for my home server, all my life I was windows user, and only thing that helped me a lot to get it running smoothly and understand it better was Claude AI. I even asked for an app recently and it made me a custom internet connection uptime app (that I never thought I could ever make by myself), so now I feel as some kind of application development manager with Claude AI as my coding team, that I just giving goals and tasks to do.
Seriously give this one a try… Just not the other ones like GPT or Gemini, because those often forget the task and start to blunder into the woods.
