Store software versions are manually maintained. Additionally, some community versions of stores may offer updated app versions. Which specific app and what issue did you encounter?
i still think there should be a policy/roadmap something that tells people when it would get updated..
i have seen apps where it is 1-2 years after the current one from the software/container developer./creator. and for me the missing version number and last updated time is a big thing missing.
do you need people to help check/test the apps? not sure how many people you are in the team/company.. i was part of the kickstarter with zimaboard 2..
Ihave help other project with QA package maintainer before
@vipper_666 Hello, for some service-type applications, we can’t guarantee they’ll always be up-to-date; stability is also a factor. However, we prioritize availability issues. For example, we recently updated the Immich application because its corresponding mobile app was no longer compatible with the older version of the server program. Additionally, our app store regularly checks the PR list and merges requests as needed.
@Harryd Thank you for your enthusiasm. There are many ways to contribute to the Store. Creating your own App Store or submitting a PR to GitHub are both good ideas.
We are indeed a small team, and if anyone has better ways to collaborate with app stores, please feel free to share them. Or, if you have specific app needs, please post them or submit them.
Would you please open a PR for the Uptime Kuma App?
