I have similar, but even worse, issues. See:
ZimaCube (not Pro) with 16 GB RAM and Tesla P4 GPU; ZimaOS 1.4.1. I also am running the Plex with NVIDIA GPU Docker app. Intermittently - every 3-5 days - the Tesla P4 appears to shut down and my ZimaCube requires a reboot to again recognize the P4.
Any tips you can share?
