My ZimaCube Pro no longer powers on. The LED on the power adapter is not lit, so I suspect that the power adapter has failed.
I would like to know which AC adapters are compatible with the ZimaCube Pro.
I measured the plug using calipers, and it appears to be 7.4 mm / 5.0 mm with a center pin, which seems similar to Dell or HP adapters.
If there are any third-party AC adapters that match the ZimaCube specifications (19V / 11.58A, total 220W), such as something similar to the Dell GA240PE1-00, would they work as a replacement for the original adapter?
Alternatively, I would appreciate any information on how to obtain an official replacement power adapter.
