i have just received my Zimacube in Jan2025 and still has a blower cooler that makes a lot of noise with bad temps.
Does that mean that i have received an older unit or you never implemented the new cooler design as the new standard?
I have just contacted support and hope that i will get a coupon code at least.

I was a backer on kickstarter, and never saw the email for the coupon, but after having thermal issues I found the upgrade option on the website, and purchased the upgraded cooling fan. I searched today and never saw an email for the ulgrade. Is there a way you can verify my email, and perhaos I can receive a giftcard to use for future zimacube purchases, ewual to the value of the fan upgrade I purchased, minus the shipping and taxes cost?
