ZimaClient Installation Troubleshooting Guide
1. Client Stuck on Initialization Screen
If the ZimaClient is stuck on the initialization screen during startup, try manually installing ZeroTier to resolve the issue.
2. Steps to Manually Install ZeroTier
Locate the ZeroTier installation package based on your operating system and install it:

Windows

Press Win + E to open File Explorer.

In the address bar, type the following path and press Enter:

%LocalAppData%\Programs\zima-client\resources\app.asar.unpacked\resources\installer\zerotier

Locate the ZeroTier installation package, double-click to run it, and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Mac

Press Cmd + Shift + G to open the “Go to Folder” dialog.

Enter the following path and click “Go”:

/Applications/Zima.app/Contents/Resources/app.asar.unpacked/resources/installer/zerotier
- Locate the ZeroTier installation package, double-click to run it, and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
3. Resolving Installation Failures
If the manual installation of ZeroTier still results in a failure, try the following:

Restart your computer.

After restarting, relaunch ZimaClient and verify if the installation was successful.
