I bought a Zimablade last July and everything had been working fine until about a week ago when I shut it down through the web interface and unplugged it for a while. Now, I can’t get it to turn on even after trying things like a BIOS reset recommended by others. The power led will not even turn on, and I have done all the basic troubleshooting steps recommended. I would like to get this working as soon as possible because I have about a 100GB of data on my hard drives formatted by ZimaOs’ merge storage function, and I would not like to lose it. I have also emailed support about a week ago with no response at all.
Clearing CMOS is usually used to solve the problem that the device receives power but does not turn on (red light is always on). Have you checked the power supply? The blade needs a 12V output TYPC-C power supply. If possible, please try another power supply.
