:megaphone: Zima Client iOS v1.5.3 is now available. This quick maintenance update focuses on improving connection reliability and fixing issues reported by the community.

Here’s what’s new:

1. Better Support for Customized ZimaOS Setups

Fixed connection issues that could occur when users changed the default ZimaOS WebUI port. Device discovery and reconnection are now more reliable across Local Network, VPN, and Remote ID connections.

2.More Stable File Browsing

File browsing now refreshes more consistently and avoids a rare crash that could occur when file lists changed rapidly.

3. Stability Improvements

Additional bug fixes and reliability improvements for a smoother everyday experience.

This update seemed to mess up the the “backups link from the photos app. will this bug be worked out soon?

I’m experiencing the same issue.

By default, ZimaClient only shows the internal storage. When I tap Media to access my HDDs, I just get the error: “Oops! Something went wrong…”.

At the moment, it’s impossible to select files from my hard drives for backup.
