Code 28 no compatible drivers for this device.
Light on the PCI port is Red and Blue

Check out Drive Booster on Steam, it’s free and can get nearly all drivers and dependencies updated. I always use it when Windows can’t automatically find every driver.

No luck with this, no response from support team very poor customer service more than 7 days.
I did fix the issue using cc cleaner which found and updated the driver.
If this Windows OS is a VM inside ZVM, then you’ll probably want to look at downloading and installing the Virto-Win drivers.

I had a ‘PCI device’ listed and it was the ‘VirtIO Balloon’ driver.
