Hello, I have being using Zima OS for a couple of months now, I wanted to created a backup to an external HDD, but it’s being a day like the screenshot, how can I check if is safe to remove the external HDD and check the backup?

Your screenshots show that ZimaOS found 238,049 files totalling 560 GB, but the destination still shows 0 files and 0 B while the task says “Backing up.” This means the backup is not complete.
First, let’s confirm that the external drive is still mounted correctly and has enough free space. Please SSH into ZimaOS and post the output of these two commands:
findmnt -T /media/My_passport -o TARGET,SOURCE,FSTYPE,OPTIONS
df -hT /media/My_passport /media/RAID
Please also tell us your exact ZimaOS version. Do not unplug the drive or recreate the backup task yet. Once we see these results, we can check whether the backup process is still running or has failed.
