Unable to connect to Zimacube Pro via thunderbolt

I couldn’t really find a similar topic, so please be kind

I’ve been having issues with my Zimacube Pro. I try to connect via Thunderbolt and it doesnt apper to work. I’ve tried restarting both the PC Win11 computer and the NAS and nothing is working.
UI and client doesnt show the cable connection via thunderbolt to. Trying changing PC and cable, but bihavior the same.

I checked their online doc and it said the client will always prioritize a direct line connection over a LAN, yet it doesn’t seem to even look for it over thunderbolt. Am I missing something?

Does anyone have any insight on how to solve this?

  1. Both your cable and PC are certified by Thunderbolt.
  2. Your ZimaOS and ZimaClient are updated to the latest version.

Can you plug in a monitor for your ZimaCube Pro and check if the thunderbolt ip shown in the image below appears?

Can you see the Thunderbolt Bridge as shown in the following figure on the network management page after connecting to Thunderbolt?

Can you try accessing directly through IP with your browser 169.254.196.144?

I also found another issue: your network devices are displayed incorrectly. You need to modify your configuration file as shown in the image below. Set ETHS and THUS to empty, then run systemctl restart zimaos.

I connected via the second port and everything is fine.
But when we use the first one, the IP address disappeared.
