Hi all,

Have you updated the versions of both ZimaOS and Client to the latest?
Yes, I have updated the both ZimaOS and Client to the latest versions.
I tried to reinstall the client, but nothing helps.
I tried to change the network - the same thing happens, there is no connection.
I tried it on another PC (from the office, Windows Server 2022) everything is working fine. At home PC (Windows 11 Pro) there is no connection.
It seems to be an issue related to the ISP or the network.
If convenient, would you provide more screenshots of your desktop and the Zima machine?
The Zima machine can be connected to a dedicated display to show its IP.
Also, the log file may be helpful. Just attach it here.

Can you connect to your device through the local area network (LAN)?
If yes, you can try the following operations:
First, connect to your device through the local area network, then find the logout button in the upper right corner.
Log out first
Disconnect the connection
Then open the client’s remote connection
Enter your remote ID to establish the connection
Have you logged out of the connection within the LAN and then disconnected?
After completing the above two operations, exit the client, reopen it, and then proceed with the remote connection.
If possible, could you provide a screen recording of your operations to help us accelerate the problem identification?
This message appears when I connect via LAN and I’m just trying to log in, to open UI.
I just recorded a video
So your PC and zimaos device are actually in the same LAN, right?
Can you try to ping the ip of this zimaos directly with the cmd of the PC?
Could you try the following commands in PowerShell?
C:\ProgramData\ZeroTier\One\zerotier-one_x64.exe -v
(Get-Service -Name "ZeroTierOneService").Status
I didn`t understand why the connection was restored.
Everything is working fine now.
I did the following yesterday (with LAN connection):
