[Solved] Failed mounting bundle: Failed to load dm table: Invalid argument

Just unpacked my ZimaCube and trying to update to ZimaOS 1.4… getting the following error message.

`Failed mounting bundle: Failed to load dm table: Invalid argument

I got this from the update that was prompted automatically, and then also from downloading the latest image from GitHub.

Not sure what to do… any ideas?

We’ve encountered this issue recently. What is your current ZimaOS version?

If it’s below 1.2.5, we recommend updating to 1.2.5 first, then upgrading to 1.4.0.

You can first follow this tutorial to perform an offline update to 1.2.5.
After completing the offline update, remember to delete the offline package to restore your ZimaOS’s ability to “receive online updates.”

Nailed it. I had a suspicion after posting. Was able to offline upgrade from 1.2.1 to 1.3.3 and then 1.4.0 worked as normal. Thanks for the reply.
