I have installed this great OS on my Aoostar wtr Max.
When in the settings I chose sleep after 10mins. It turns my nas off(I think)
I have to press the power button to wake it up again.

In the settings it says the drives never turn off by default.
I changed it to turn off the hard drives after 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, I can not wake it up. I have press the power button.
Would you please give us a video of this sleep process(use your phone camera)? Since we run the same OS on different machines, please also give us the detailed specs of your machine. Look forward to your feedback.

The first picture is the default setting.
The second picture show how long before the drives go to sleep.
I chose 10 mins. Then it shuts down after 10 mins.

Thanks for your feedback. But we do need a video that records the whole process instead of two photos. Would you please take a video shot of it? Also, we want to know the physical status of the machine before/during/after the sleep process. So it is helpful if the video also records the status of the machine in the real world.

What happens can be easily replicated.
The option is by default off. Turn it on and I can’t wake the bad. That’s it.
You want a video of my Nas just sitting there doing nothing?

This feature is not intended for the OS to sleep. And we can not reproduce it on our machine. So please reproduce it and make a video of it. You can upload the video anywhere you like, such as Youtube.
Also, please show us the submenu of your shutdown menu located to the bottom-left side of your settings panel.

I am showing you the sleep options for the harddrives.
And I’m telling you what happens when I chose 10 minutes so the drives go to sleep after 10 minutes.
But after 10 minutes I can not wake the harddrives from Thier sleep.
And the only way to wake up the drives is push the power button.
I don’t do you tube at all.
What I have said and showed you is easy to understand andreplicate.
I’m just trying to help your company with this EA OS.

So you mean the OS did not sleep, but you don’t know how to wake up the sleeping drives?
Or do you mean that the disk hibernation option actually makes the OS sleep?
