Reset Timestamp of files Transfered from USB Orico Box

Hi I installed a brand new ZimaOS Box!
Upon transfering the files (10 T) from an USB 3 Orico Box
All the files had their timestamp reset to the date of Transfer.?
This is a major pain now! When i want to Synchronise with other servers on the network.
Any reason why?

SAMBA/Files App in browser/Other?

If you could provide the screenshot of the before and after of these files and your expectations, it will be very helpful.

I did a copy paste from the browser files app!
I will try to redo some files to prouve the glitch!
