Prowlarr only displaying a few Indexers

I installed Prowlarr but I think there’s a permissions or owner issue? I had the same initially on UnRaid but managed to sort that by chance as I haven’t a clue what I’m doing lol.

The Indexers list has just a few choices and I don’t know how to fix it? Any help appreciated :+1:

Update:

I added some repositories to the App Store and tried a different Prowlarr which has done the trick. It’s back up and running as it should be.
