Possible voltage problem with ZimaCube expansion bay

Hello, I have a possible voltage problem with my ZimaCube Pro.

I will describe this problem as follows:
When one or more disks are connected in a bay (SDD, HDD, NVM in 7th bay) network cards and/or one or more disks don’t work. I can also hear coil whine like noise from the bottom part of the ZimaCube and sometimes light stripe on 7th bay flickers instead of “breathing effect”. It suggests some power or voltage problem with a backplate.

And I can reproduce the problem like this:
Connect one or more disks to the disk bay and start the ZimaCube Pro.

And I remember I did this to my machine before the problem showed up:
Nothing. It suddenly stopped working.

And I have tried these operations to fix it:
I tried to remove NVMe tray, different HDD slots, with and without GPU, but no success.

I tried to contact support via email several times, but I got no response. Can you please give me some advice how to properly contact Icewhale support? Thank you.
