Permissions Issues: Mac Finder + iOS Files

Mac Finder
I’m getting frequent permissions issues, such as when trying to rename a folder with other data/folders inside of it, or when trying to move folders.

“Item can’t be copied to FOLDER XYZ because you don’t have permissions to read them.”

I’ve used Finder > Get Info > “Apply permissions to enclosed items” but that does not solve it.

Folders seem to be the main issue. I can move the files but not the folders. When I remove all of the files from the folder, then I can move/rename the folder.

iOS Files
Ever since v1.2.3, when I connect to my Cube in iOS Files, all of the folders are read-only. Before this, v1.2.3 I was able to add and edit files/folders. Is it an SMB issue?

Interestingly, this issue does not occur when using the Documents app by Readdle, only with iOS Files.

Old friend, I need to clarify whether you operated with a web page or a client, what you operated, and if it’s convenient you can record the screen in a private message.

v1.2.4 resolved both of these issues. :+1:t2: It must’ve been related to SMB user permissions.
