I have one of the 800W OCuLink GPU Docking Station – High-Performance External GPU Enclosure. I installed the OCuLink card in the ZimaCube Pro and connected everything up. orignaly had a GTX1080 installed and it fired up and started working fine. Come back about 2 hours later and nothing. Not powered on, unplugged and replugged everything, rebooted everything. Nothing worked. Installed another video card a 3070 and samething worked fine for some time then nothing. I am getting a Nvidia persistant daemon failed to load on boot. I am at a loss what to do next anyone have any ideas?
Are you using an extender?

I had the same issue before. I was using the pcie extender. When I plug the oculink card directly in socket, it works perfeclty. My gpu is 4060ti 8gb in Zimaboard 2 1664. It maybe different issue, but you can try and check the solution.
ah.. yes I am using the extender. I am guessing the cards are going to need to much power to work directly with the zimaboard.
