I had the same problem. I set ZimaOS to use port 85 with no issues. Let nginx have 80/443.

So what ports did you set for Zimaos (Immich stopped working for me, and I had to reinstall everything, and just in case, this was my mistake) I set port 90/444 for Zimas and 80/443 for Ngnix, and it worked pretty well. Did you do the same? (Different ports)

Nothing stays blocked for me, nginx stays blocked for a while and I have also changed the system ports…
