Mkdir /root/.cache: read-only file system

Would like to use Immich-go to copy the photos to the Immich. But the root access is not possible for this. any workaround would be appreciated.
getting a error:
mkdir /root/.cache: read-only file system

For safety reasons, most system folders are read-only even if you log in as root , which distinguishes ZimaOS’ file system from other linux distributions.
