Hey, I have moved your post here.
To help you, could you please read this?
According to some reports, the Plus may not show due to some DNS errors.
Look forward to your reply.
Has any of you heard back from support ? It’s been 7 days, and they haven’t written me back. (And I still don’t have plus version).
I managed to upgrade yesterday, and today I got the ZimaOS v1.5.1 version but it still says community edition and I just have the button to buy Plus sadly
was it a manual or automatic upgrade ?
I won’t update until they confirm the Plus feature.
@djmiek According to this blog, before June 30th 2026, if you have used any version before 1.5.0, then you can update to 1.5.0 and get the Plus benefits. You should get the Plus if the condition is met.
Also, according to some reports, you may need to update/wait for your DNS to work properly to get the Plus.
These are some of the cases:
@MrMagoo, would you please also check the content above?
@piranin Hey, what type of confirmation do you need?
Ok
I updated to latest and ended up with 1.5..1 and I am no wondering if you had to go to 1.5 to get the plus thing.
Hi, @djmiek
The current version is good for you to get the Plus. But the version you upgrade from needs to be before 1.5.0(not included) and after 1.3.0(included).
What is the last version you were on? Is it before 1.5.0?
Try to reboot to see if you get the Plus. Look forward to your feedback.
Hello. I was on 1.4.x before, I believe 1.4.4, but might have been 1.4.3 also, and then upgraded to some 1.5.1 beta version and then to 1.5.1. So that should mean I should be eligable right?
Not sure what the slot switching is about? Is there a Partition for each version?
Then the condition is met. Try rebooting later. Look forward to your success.
Thanks @Zima-Giorgio for the follow-up. Conditions are met (I double checked with Icewhale before and had confirmation from the sale team). I have standard DNS and tried to disable AdGuard and rebooted.
The one progress I had is that V1.5.1 was available automatically (I had to update manually for V1.5). I updated to 1.5.1. But I’m still on community edition ![]()
I joined the Discord server and will contact the community email.
Ho my. I feel stupid and appologize.
Plus is indeed activated. With V1.4.3 the plus button was not present. After the update, the Plus button did appear. But clicking on the button took me to pricing page, which lead me to think I was still on community edition.
It’s all good. Hopefully that might help someone having the same non-issue !
I have tried rebooting multiple times but still says its the community edition.
If you haven’t rebooted today you might want to try one last time. They have apparently changed something today in the way it is recognized.
I have restarted, using the restart function, 3 times today, last one, just now. Still says “ZimaOS v1.5.1 Community Edition”.
@MrMagoo tried another restart today, but I still have community edition
@777-Spider I tried emailing support@icewhale.org on Wednesday but no reply yet.
Please use the correct address.
