Hello everybody. Does somebody know if LM Studio can be installed on Zimaboard 2? I dont see it in the app store
Yeah it can run on Linux, but LM Studio is a desktop AppImage and needs a full GUI.
ZimaOS is headless/Docker-based, so it won’t run properly out of the box and that’s why you don’t see it in the app store.
You could force it with a desktop environment, but it’s not really the right fit.
Most people on ZimaOS just use Ollama + a web UI instead, much cleaner and actually supported.
