I´ve bought zimaos plus, but i had to format the installation, and then, when i´m trying to activate again, appears a message indicating something about it has been already activated in other service…. can you help me?

Best option is to sent email from registered email address (the one you used when purchasing) to community@icewhale.org.
I had the same issue after reinstalling and it looks like it got something to do with boot change order or disk change etc.
