I ordered 2 Zimablade NAS kits directly from Icewhale. I paid for them both.
Unfortunately, only one Zimablade NAS kit was shipped to me.
I have tried sending emails to the support and shop address, talking on their (poorly AI generated) chat system, and inquiring on the “contact us” page. I have not received any responses to any of my inquiries and I am currently out more than $100.00.
Can someone suggest a means of my contacting someone at Icewhale to correct this problem?
