Please consider adding more cloud providers as supported targets for backup. I use idrive and it is not actually integrated. I plan to install Idrive linux client on ZimaOS and give it a try.

I believe this is a great request, and I think the team would definitely benefit from seeing more users mention the services they rely on. At the moment, ZimaOS only supports the cloud providers built into the Backup App, and I suggest treating anything outside that list as “not officially supported” for now.
I think your plan to install the IDrive Linux client is the right workaround, it should run fine on ZimaOS since the base is Buildroot, but just be aware that the Backup App won’t manage or monitor it. You’ll be relying on IDrive’s own scheduling and retention settings.

as well, since feature requests with real user demand often shape the roadmap.
