Hi I have a LSI HBA card attached to my machine but it seems not to be recognised by Zima is this a feature that will be added soon?
Hi, is this helpful?
The current Installer image does not support LSI HBA cards very well, you can try using a different system boot and then dd the ZimaOS system image to the target disk.
Hey Jerry, so I can see my m.2 drive where I have my OS installed. The issue is it doesn’t recognize all the drives attached to the HBA card which is where I want to store content.
Can you tell me the model number of your HBA card? I’ve integrated the drivers for mpt3sas in a version that will be released.
The model number of the HBA card is - LSI SAS2308-8i(9217-8i)
I found out that it uses the mpt3sas kernel driver that I added earlier, which should normally be supported in the next release.
