Hi Luca,
Thanks for sharing the requested data, this is helpful for the thread.
From what I can see, ZimaOS now appears to recognise the RED-4TB and RAID-1 pools correctly under /media, which may explain why the File Manager now displays them properly. In my opinion, this suggests the behaviour was related to metadata or permission handling rather than a disk problem.
Since you are already in contact with Support, I suggest continuing with them to confirm the expected final state. Thank you again for posting the results, as this will help others if they encounter similar behaviour.
Thanks for the support, guys. Yes, the disk is recognized, but the problem persists. With the Admin user, I still can’t see it in the file manager.
Anyway, I’m waiting for support.
Have a nice day!
I created an explanatory video, which you can watch on my website
I hope it’s helpful.
Have a nice day.
It is basically determined that the files did not appear due to the empty disk type, and it is expected to be fixed in the 152-beta version
Good morning @raller1028, the disk isn’t actually empty, but there’s been at least 2TB of free space on it since the installation began. Thanks for all the support, though. I hope the issue is resolved.
Have a good day.
