Device has already been activated

I installed ZimaOS on a MiniPC and upgraded to a Plus lifetime license. Then I uninstalled the OS and installed a different operating system. Then I reinstalled ZimaOS, but I misplaced the original activation code. So I purchased the upgrade license again, but the upgraded license won’t install. The error message is:

Device code is already activated with another order.

What options do I have here? Please.

Yes, they really need to look into how we have Zimaos activated. You should ask the team for help to see if they can assist you. If it shows that you have Zimaos Plus, then it’s already activated.
