Therefore, we have a clear rule: only configurations located in the AppData directory are considered configuration files. For data stored in other locations, ZimaOS will not take any action.

In fact, I was talking about folder inside AppData.
But I just tested it again with v1.3.2-beta2. Even with misconfiguration, the folder is now deleted properly.
