This is something what confused me already with Case OS:
When the app is running, the power button is green, the dashboard icon is solid.
When the app is stopped, the power button is red, the dashboard icon is greyed out.
I do really like the greyed out style. It gives me a quick overview on the dashboard, which containers are stopped or even stalled.
But the color of the power button confuses me:
As user expect red to turn off / stop the app. As some color of Caution 
And green is associated for me like: Turn on / reactivate a service.
What do you think?
