Can't get Windows 10 or 11 VM to install

I have installed Linux mint and Debian VM’s successfully, but neither Windows 10 or Win 11 will boot the install from the ”Select OS” VM install window. I tried both the download and downloading an ISO myself and tried through “Custom Install”, which is how I install Mint and Deian VM’s.

It gets the “Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” boot window and just keeps looping to that.

I have also tried using both BIOS and EFI.

I remember having this issue, you need to click in the black box containing the message “Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” with the left mouse button and then press any key and that should boot into Windows.
