Can't connect to preused Zimaboard

hi guys,

I’m new in the field zimaboard. I got a used zimaboard off eBay and can’t set it up.
the standard user with password does not work. I cannot reach the client via “cases.local” or “https://192.168.178.30:8006/”.

Can I reset it to factory settings?
