Got an old HP laptop from my brother and am unable to install Zima OS. Whenevr I get to the part of selecting a drive it cannot be found.
Secure boot is disabled, boot order is correctly st in BIOS and uefi is enabled.

Have you tried re-downloading/verifying the latest image?
I did. Tragically my solution was needing to abandon Zima as an option, but lead me to realizing i can combine the two laptops into a proxmox cluster and thus they are not useless.
I am glad to hear all was not lost. Proxmox was my first crack at servers and I have not been sorry a bit. Great all round after the learning curve.
Did you prepare the disk before, like deleting all partitions and setting partition table to GPT for example?
