Benefits of BTRFS over NTFS?

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question to anyone who uses or did use a drive with NTFS file system. Is there any benefit of switching from already mounted NTFS drive to BTRFS other than being able to create snapshots and set a custom label?

Got myself two identical Toshiba 20 TB drives installed, a BTRFS one formatted by ZimaOS, that I consider the main drive, and the other, a NTFS drive, that is used as a backup. Basically a mirror copy, but I do it manually with FreeFileSync anyway. Both work perfectly fine and so I wonder, is there any reason for me to format the second one to BTRFS, too. I kept it as NTFS just in case something goes horribly wrong and I won’t be able to access BTRFS file system as I don’t really have a device with anything other than Windows at the moment.
