Hi all.
I’m looking to move my homelab setup across to ZimaOS, but wanted to check if anyone can tell if my setup would work or not (or any show stoppers).
Host machine will be Dell T5810 with Xeon E5-2699v3 CPU, 40GB RAM.
1 nvme for ZimaOS
1x Raid 1 (made of two SATA SSD’s)
1x Raid 5 (made of four SATA SSD’s)
1 nvme for scratch storage
I’ll add three Windows Server 2019 VM’s (two DC’s and one Veeam CE)
I’ll add one Ubuntu Server for MeshCentral (which I’m struggling with getting setup on my test unit through docker and showing CPU/RAM in the system widget)
Added apps - Tailscale and HomeAssistant
I also want to move my Music/Photos/Software shares to ZimaOS, but ensure they are backed up on a 3-2-1 setup.
