Adding Additional Drives to Raid5

I have a raid 5 setup with three 20tb Hard Drives. How can I add a fourth drive to the mix without reformatting?

You will see the Add Drive button if the following conditions are met

  1. There is an empty Bay and there is an unused hard disk in the bay.
  2. The unused hard disk capacity is greater than or equal to the size of a single hard disk in RAID5
  3. The RAID5 has completed parity check

That did it. Was that in the documentation somewhere and I missed it?
