I paid for two software licenses, but the overall support and communication have been deeply frustrating.
While they eventually responded—very slowly—to some of the bug reports I filed on GitHub (#505, #520), there has been complete silence regarding critical storage requests such as ZFS, RAIDZ, and exFAT GUI management (#513, #519).
The irony? ZFS and exFAT are already functional at the underlying CLI level. Yet, after months of asking, there is still zero official confirmation on whether these will ever be integrated into the dashboard control panel.
