1.3.2 not booting up after update

I’m currently on ZimaOS 1.3.1-1 in Proxmox without issues. Now, it is showing an update to 1.3.2. After the update, it stopped booting. I tried a fresh install, but I encountered the same problem. Please have a look into this

What is your hardware device? Is the system disk a sata type?

According to the engineer team, the new drivers included in ZimaOS 1.3.2 have compatible issues with some third party machines.

We will release the fix.

Before then, you can switch to the last version by switching SLOT.

The same… And that quick recovery guide wont work for me because have no access to GRUB menu, all black.

What hardware device? Zimaboard, Zimablade, etc.?

Hi, everyone here!

Try this: About the issue third party machine upgrading to 1.3.2, we have a new raucb file for upgrading

Hi team, I will update my device details. Also, I have tried the quick fix made on 1.3.2-1.
It boots into the update, but it goes into emergency mode.

device - elitedesk g2 800 mini

After upgrading, did you select the SLOT or rescue mode manually?

Try letting it booting automatically.

Any screenshots can be helpful.

See this.

The screen appears automatically entering emergency mode. Upon restarting, it falls back into this loop. If I manually select Slot A, I get the old version. thanks

Even after 1.3.3 update the issue remains the same. Going into emergency mode .

Though ZimaOS is open to all x86 devices. Some third-party machines may have compatible issues. You said you are in VM. but ZimaOS is for physical machines. If it won’t affect the usage just wait and see if there will be community users to solve this.
