I’m getting a bit disappointed with ZimaOS lately; a lot of things just don’t work properly. Many apps, like Paperless and Immich, don’t work at all anymore. And reinstalling them isn’t possible either. Folder permissions also don’t work when trying to save files from an internal hard drive to an external one.
It’s all well and good to have a lean system, but in many ways, it’s very limited and not very functional.
I was seriously considering buying the Pro version, but this is just putting me off.
Apps like Immich or Paperless would be great additions to the system, but they simply don’t work anymore.
If the main apps stopped working, I’d seriously consider switching to Proxmox.
