What does the green "Unknown" text mean?

On the ZimaOS Settings page in the “General” tab there is a box at the top that contains the custom icon you set for your device, the hostname, the FQDN to access the server, and finally some green text that (at least on my server) says, “Unknown.” Below is an example screenshot with a box around the text I am talking about.

As you can see, below the server’s hostname “ZimaOS-NAS” and before the FQDN, storage-server.internal, there is green text that says “Unknown.” I am just really wondering what this text is supposed to mean. What is unknown? Any insight would be appreciated. I even used the developer toolbox in the Firefox browser to inspect the page HTML and CSS to see if I could gain any hints based on the tags / properties, but that led me nowhere.
