Warrenty Warning - they dont honor them

Bought a Zima Board 232 around augest of 2025 .. its now dead.

Was told by ICEWHALE support its under a one year warrenty

They told me that unit is discontinued - i could pay more for a higher level one or get my money refunded.

I asked for Money back.

Now they are trying to pro-rate the ‘refund’ as its Used .. ROFLS.. Huh ?

If theres a One year warrenty .. and i am under said one year.. should I not receive a full refund / or a replacement ?…
