Tried to install Nexterm but failed to initialize, need suggestion to be able to run a termibnal session

1. First, generate a key in the terminal: openssl rand -hex 32

2. Add an environment variable for the service:
   ENCRYPTION_KEY: “The 64-character hexadecimal string generated in the previous step”
