The Zima client does not use AdGuard and Pi-hole filters in its native VPN

The Zima client does not allow the use of these DNS servers via its remote access feature; instead, the ZeroTier One application must be used.

For the upcoming update that will introduce the Photos feature, the VPN needs to be improved so that we can rely solely on it and enjoy all the benefits or, alternatively, the system should allow the Zima client connection to work while the ZeroTier VPN is active.

I’ve been trying to use the Zima Client because it’s much better, but the lack of the AdGuard filter is what affects me the most in my day-to-day use.

Currently, our mobile app allows users to use their own VPN, instead of having to use Zerotier.

Yes, it allows you to use the VPN via the app; however, since I use AdGuard as an ad blocker, I notice that it doesn’t work when I’m away from home using the Zima Client app, whereas it does work with ZeroTier One.
