Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with my serial number for the Plus version.
For some unknown reason, my system hard drive failed, and I replaced it with a new one.
Now I can’t use my serial number anymore; I keep getting a message that it’s already being used on another device.
That is normal. The official support needs to chime in here. They will probably need to transfer your key to the new setup.

I contacted support via their service email and am waiting for a reply.
It would be bad if they said I still have to wait a year , because what if someone’s hard drive fails for some reason two or three times a year?
