Remote access not working (general x86 server and macos)

Hi, I followed the guide (activated remote access, got networkID, ZimaClient configured with network ID).
I can correctly use the client on LAN (and It says remote access is available), but if I switch on wifi (I tried hotspot of my smartphone) the client doesn’t find the server anymore.
What is wrong?

Hi, would you please tell us your ISPs and the region? Both cellular and wired network ISPs.

I’m in Italy, my ISP is Iliad IT. My cellular network is WindTre. But I try also with another wifi in university (to link)

Would you tell us the specs of your machine and the version of both the OS and Zima Client?

ZimaOS: 1.4.1
ZimaClient: 2.1.0
Everything should be updated to the last stable version

We have heard of some cases where the remote functionality does not work as expected. We encourage you to try using it in more network environments.
