How do I boot a Zima board from USB stick?

I have a Zima board that seems to be infected. I want to reinstall the OS. I have fresh version on a bootable USB stick.
But the Zima board refuses to see the USB stick.
It decides that a bootable OS is present, which is true, but not relevant.
I want to see a selection menu for a USB drive.

If the USB drive have been prepared correctly with bootable software it should appear and boot accordingly through the boot menu - press `F11 key when after POST.
